Precision will be completely rebuilding PaulMarron.com from scratch. The current site has been in place for almost 4 years, and as Paul receives more hits and interest, his website capabilities need to evolve. Currently the site is more or less static, and for Paul to get new shots and information on the site requires a laborious process. Precision will be implementing an intuitive content management and portfolio system which will allow Paul to update the site within minutes with new content, photos, and information about his latest work.

This project involved creating an entirely new website from scratch for Delaney Corporate Services. Their previous website was antiquated, and lacked a content management system. This new site is built on top of the Joomla! CMS, so employees of Delaney Corporate can update the website themselves from the administrative back-end. Wanting to retain a gold theme for the site, various mockups were created, as well as a fresh, updated logo before a final design was agreed upon. This website also involved creating a lengthy submission form containing all the fields necessary to process an incorporation from in any state. The user submits the data, which is automatically processed by Delaney. This allows them to offer 48-hour turn around times for business looking to incorporate their business in other states. The new site also has a password protected client side, which offers additional tools and resources to their existing clients.

The site also features fully functional forums, single login, picture and video galleries, and a robust content management system.
The Jankowski Insurance Agency was looking to expand the functionality of their website, as well as put on a fresh, new look. The new site was a complete rebuild, which also required a revised logo and color palette. Convenient features such as insurance quote forms, easy payment links, and a suggestion box were built into the site. The Joomla! content management system was used as a platform for this site, allowing Jankowski employees a simple way to revise, add or delete content. Precision also provides hosting and support for the new site.
The goal of this project was to create a very simple, yet eye catching website to distribute Matrix discount drug cards. The site had to include a custom mySQL application that visitors could use to locate participating pharmacies by typing in their zip code or city and state, and then selecting their search radius. Once a local pharmacy was found, visitors could then print out a custom discount drug card with one click. Matrix also chose to implement an affiliate program, so the ability to replicate their site and publish it with a different domain name and broker information was also required. Matrix can deploy a broker site in less than 5 minutes through the administrative back-end.

The Glen Meadows Association is a homeowners association in upstate New York. The development includes over 250 homes, and they were searching for a way to keep everyone in the neighborhood up-to-date with information, important dates, and board member contact info. In addition to these standard features, a picture library that they could easily upload images to was requested, along with a user-login section with protected content. This project also required a logo to be built from scratch, as well as an easy way for residents to search for and download newsletters, forms, and the minutes from homeowners meetings. Development will also begin shortly on a payment section for residents to pay their homeowners dues right online.
C-R Productions, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit cultural and educational organization founded in 2002 in Cohoes, New York by Jim Charles and Tony Rivera. The organization's mission is to revitalize the Cohoes Music Hall through the presentation of high quality, professional theatre and educational programs. In order to draw more web-traffic to the site and provide its patrons with the most up-to-date information, CR Productions worked with Precision to build a new website from the ground up. The requirements were straightforward: It must be eye-catching and original, it must be user friendly, and it must be scalable. These milestones were met with an intuitive content management system, fresh look, and an expandable framework which easily allows any functionality to be added at a later date.
This project was a rebuild of an outdated site. Previously, the website was static HTML, and the owner wanted a way to easily edit the content himself, as well as provide a way for other people to contribute to the site content. This is now possible with the new CMS-driven site built by Precision. The owner can create "author" accounts from the back end of the site, and allow other sports authors to create new content for the site. Upon submitting the content, the administrator of the site is notified, and they can either approve it and publish it instantly to the live site, or send it back for revision. This functionality more or less allows the site to run itself, since administrator intervention is only needed when approving new articles.
The Abraham House is a home for the terminally ill located in Utica, New York. The home was in need of a new website that could somehow display the comfort and care one could expect from their organization, while also providing an easy way for its volunteer staff to keep the site current. Multiple mock-ups and iterations were created before finally settling on the current design. Both Precision and the operators of the home felt the current design conveyed what the Abraham House stood for quite well. The site allows for visitors to make monetary donations through PayPal, and also includes a volunteer form that is automatically sent to the site administrator.
